Most Anticipated Games to Play
Games are always filled with fun and excitement. When we look at the most anticipated games to play, we realize that the developers are trying hard to use the latest technology for more realistic physics. More graphically enhanced maps, other graphics, better characterization, and additional features make us appreciate the game even more. So, here are our most anticipated video games this year without further ado.
Stray
Stray is a third-person survival game where you find yourself stranded on an island. You must do everything possible to survive, including crafting weapons and tools, cooking food, building shelter, and finding water. It’s up to you to explore the island and uncover its secrets while trying to stay alive.
Warframe developer Digital Extremes developed Stray, so it should be no surprise that it features some of the same elements from that game. The crafting system is similar in that there are multiple ways to accomplish the same task, but it’s not quite as deep or complex as Warframe’s.
The graphics resemble Warframe’s art style, although this one uses more realistic textures. For example, there are lots of plants and trees on Stray, but they don’t have any leaves like in Warframe.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is a new entry in the Xenoblade series. The game stars a young man named Rex, searching for a lost Elysium, a mythical paradise that can only be reached by finding titanic creatures called Titans.
Players will explore various environments and fight enemies while controlling their character and party members.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 also includes an online multiplayer mode where players can battle against or join forces to take down giant monsters.
Rollerdrome
Roller derby is a full-contact sport that women and men play on quad skates. Roller derby is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world, with more than 1,300 leagues worldwide.
Amateurs and volunteers have always played the sport of roller derby. The game is fast-paced, physical, and fun to watch. You can expect a new addition to the sport this year: Rollerdrome.
Rollerdrome is an upcoming video game based on the real-life sport of roller derby. In the game, players will take control of their favorite team and compete against other teams from around the world in virtual roller derby competitions known as “derbies.” Players can create custom characters or choose from several pre-made ones available at launch.
Saints Row
The Saints Row series has been one of the best open-world games. It started in 2006 with the original game, and now we’ll see how it ends. The main character is a gang leader who has just been elected president of the United States.
In this game, you’ll be able to explore an entire city filled with unique characters, vehicles, and weapons. This game has many things to do, including playing as superheroes or villains with exceptional abilities.
If you like action games where you can customize everything about your character, then this is a suitable game for you. You can even change their outfits and give them a different name if you want to create your storyline!
The Last of Us Part I
The Last of Us was one of the most popular games. It was a post-apocalyptic game set in a world where humans struggle to survive after a viral outbreak known as cordyceps. The main character, Joel, is tasked with finding the cure for this virus and saving humanity. The story is engaging, and the gameplay is addictive, making it an instant classic.
The sequel, The Last of Us Part II, will continue where the first game left off, with Ellie and Joel trying to save humanity again. Despite being released only two years ago, fans have been waiting for this game for years. The developers have released a few trailers showing off some fantastic graphics and gameplay mechanics that will make this game even more immersive.
The Last of Us Part II is expected to release sometime in 2020 on PlayStation 4 exclusively.
Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle
Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle is a game in the works for years, but it’s finally ready to launch this week. It’s a fun blend of genres and styles, with one of Nintendo’s most beloved characters thrown into a world that looks like something out of a Ubisoft game. The story revolves around a group of Rabbids who have invaded the Mushroom Kingdom and are wreaking havoc. Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Yoshi are called into action to stop them.
The gameplay combines tactical strategy with third-person shooting and exploration. Players must use their skills in both areas to defeat their enemies or solve puzzles within each level.
